Welcome to RTM88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and RTM88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the rtm88.net website, the RTM88 mobile app, and all services provided by us.

2 Membership Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the RTM88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. RTM88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) proof at any time to ensure compliance with these requirements.

• Minimum age 18 — Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to register and use the rtm88 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately.
• One account per individual — Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate and truthful information — You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Password security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• KYC Verification — rtm88 conducts a rigorous identity verification (KYC) process. Valid identification documents may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

RTM88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and account level.

• Deposit processing time: Most deposits are credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is successfully processed by the payment provider.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or rollover requirements that are not completed within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to one bonus per available promotion only. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonus transfer restriction: Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Certain games may be excluded from fully counting towards rollover completion.

5 Game Rules

All games offered on the RTM88 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently certified by international auditing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is fair, random, and free from any manipulation.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, RTM88's server records are final and binding. RTM88 employs a real-time monitoring system to detect anomalies in gaming patterns.

• Any technical errors such as internet connection disruptions during gameplay will not automatically entitle the player to a refund.

6 Prohibited Conduct

To protect all members and ensure platform integrity, certain conduct is strictly prohibited on RTM88. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Identity Fraud — Providing false information, using fraudulent documents, or impersonating another individual during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering — Using the rtm88 platform to transfer, conceal, or process illegally obtained funds is a serious criminal offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse — Opening multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, colluding with other players to manipulate games, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system.
• Cyber Attack — Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the rtm88 technical infrastructure constitutes a violation of cybercrime law.
• Bot & Automation Use — The use of automated software, scripts, or any non-manual method to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

7 Data Protection & Privacy

RTM88 takes the privacy and security of members' data very seriously. All personal information you provide to us is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We use 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

• RTM88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We will endeavour to restore any service disruption promptly.
• Betting results are final. RTM88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of fair game outcomes in accordance with the established rules.
• You acknowledge that wagering activities involve financial risk and that you choose to participate on your own initiative with full awareness of those risks.

9 Account Termination

You may close your RTM88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any available account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the stated withdrawal conditions.

• Closure by member: Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days after identity verification and settlement of all pending transactions.
• Closure by RTM88: RTM88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
• Fund forfeiture: If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, all funds in the account including bonuses and unprocessed winnings may be forfeited to RTM88.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the Responsible Gaming.

10 Terms Amendment

RTM88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except in situations requiring immediate action.

• The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document for members' reference.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
